Ich muss mich bedanken an die Hartlauer Team für Ihre Super Service. Heute wohne ich im Portugal, aber ich habe meine Brille gekauft als ich am Feldkirch gewohnen habe.

Zufällige war den linke Bügel gebrochen, und es war mir extrem unbequem den Brille zu nutzen, weil es nich mehr stabil war. Ich habe überall gesucht, aber kein Laden hätte ein Ersatz. Am Ende habe ich an den Hartlauer Team gescrieben um Hilfe zu bieten.

Ich bin total begeistert! Sie waren so hilfreich und schnell um mir zu helfen. Ich muss herzlich sagen dass Hartlauer hat wirklich ein Top Service!

Recently I had a fantastic experience, that was quite unexpected. Unfortunaly the earpiece from my glasses got broken, and it was really uncortable to wear them. I looked everywhere for a replacement, but since I had bought them when I lived in Austria, I couldn't find a replacemente here in Portugal.

In the end I decided to write the Hartlauer Team and ask for their help (the shop where I had bought them). They were really helpful and solved my problem in no time. I am very grateful to them.

Tive recentemente uma experiência fantástica com o serviço ao cliente da Hartlauer (uma loja austríaca onde comprei os meus óculos). Uma das hastes partiu-se, e era muito desconfortável usá-los. Depois de procurar em todo o lado por uma haste para substituir sem sucesso, resolvi escrever à Hartlauer a pedir ajuda.

Bem, resolveram-me o problema em tempo nenhum, e estou-lhes mesmo muito grato pelo serviço fantástico.
